For the last five years I’ve been creating live soundtracks for Katy and Chris, accompanying their amazing improvised science-fiction narratives with my loops and bleeps. It’s been a lot of fun: for this run of 13 shows in November 2018 I introduced the interaction and projection mapping techniques that had made Electricity and Intravox so engaging, with the intention of creating an improvisable visual environment that could follow the show wherever it went. Yup, pretty mind-blowing. A crack team including creative technologist and all round wizard Rob Armstrong came on board to realise this hugely ambitious project. We sold over 500 tickets, entertained a lot of people and were nominated for a Theatre & Tech award for Creative Innovation.
